Quite possibly the best automotive service experience I've ever had. They went above and beyond what was expected and treated me with dignity, patience, and respect. I found them when searching for a shop that performs emissions inspections. They were able to get me in the day I called and performed the service that day. While there, it was discovered that my vehicle was in need of some general maintenance due to milage and general wear and tear. Took my vehicle back for some of the repair maintenance, and it was discovered there were a lot more repairs needed once they got started. They stopped, notified me of the additional problems, and provided me with extremely detailed explanations of the problems, and what my options were so that I could make the correct decision for me financially. They didn't rush me or attempt to pressure me to make a quick or uninformed decision. I cannot express how much easier the situation was made by the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by Vanessa and everyone I interacted with at Potomac Creek Automotive. I found them by chance, but what a lucky chance it was. As long as I live in this area I will continue to take my vehicles there.
